Overview

SD2504A is a 150KHz fixed-frequency PWM buck DC-DC converter capable of driving a 2A load, with excellent line and load regulation. The integrated fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency-compensation circuit simplify design. The PWM loop linearly adjusts duty cycle from 0~100%. Output overcurrent protection is integrated, and internal compensation reduces external component count. Available in an ESOP8 package.
