Overview

The SD54123 is a high-speed earth leakage protection circuit with built-in differential amplifier, latch and regulator.It is connected to a Zero Current Transformer (ZCT) for detecting the two inputs of the differential amplifier.The differential amplifier is combined with an external capacitor and is connected to the input terminal of the latch circuit, and the output is suitable for the characteristics of the high-speed leakage circuit breaker.The latch circuit maintains a low output level until the input voltage reaches the specified value. When the leakage current is greater than the specified value, the output becomes high, triggering the thyristor connected to the output. SD54123 is packaged in SOP8 and SIP8.
