Overview

SD3802ACF is a high-performance primary-side-feedback LED constant-current driver for isolated flyback LED power supplies below 5W across 85Vac~265Vac. It integrates a 650V power switch and requires no secondary-side feedback or compensation circuit; very few external components provide excellent constant-current regulation. Its ultra-low operating current eliminates the need for transformer auxiliary-winding detection and supply, reducing component count, system cost, and size. High-precision current sensing operates in discontinuous inductor-current mode (TM), providing accurate LED current and excellent line regulation. The LED open-circuit voltage is precisely controlled by an external resistor. Integrated protections include LED open/short-circuit, CS-resistor short-circuit, undervoltage, and intelligent chip-temperature control.
