Overview
SD6208 is a monolithic bidirectional motor driver. TTL logic signals control bidirectional motors in cassette recorders and other electronic equipment. It consists of logic and power-output sections: the logic section controls forward, reverse, and braking, while the power section supplies 100mA (typical) according to the logic control. Available in SIP9 and SOP8.
