Overview
SD6212 is a driver circuit designed for security-camera systems. It consists of an eight-channel Darlington array and an H-bridge driver. Each Darlington channel has a freewheeling diode for driving stepper motors; the H-bridge directly drives IR-CUT. A single Darlington provides 300mA output at input voltage as low as 1.8V; paralleling devices increases output current. Each channel has an internal series base resistor and can connect directly to TTL/CMOS circuits below 5V, processing data that would otherwise require a standard logic buffer.
Features:
· Supports 1.8V low-voltage input
· Integrated eight-channel Darlington array and IR-CUT driver
· TTL/CMOS logic-compatible input
· SSOP24 package
Applications:
· Stepper-motor driving
· Relay driving
· IR-CUT driving
· Indicator driving
Applications
- Stepper-motor driving
- Relay driving
- IR-CUT driver
- Indicator driving
