Overview
The SD6218F is a monolithic IC for driving bidirectional motors that uses logic signals at the TTL level to control bidirectional motors in cassette players and other electronic devices.The circuit consists of a logic part and a power output part.The logic part controls the steering and braking of the motor; the power output part has an output current of 300mA (typical).
SD6218F is packaged in SOP8.
