Overview
SD6287 is a forward/reverse motor driver. Two logic-input modes control forward, reverse, stop, and interrupt. Integrated motor-stop power-saving and thermal-protection circuits are included. Maximum drive current is 1.0A. It is widely used to drive motors in VCRs and audio equipment. Available in SOP8 and DIP8.
