Overview
SD6299A is a DC bidirectional motor-driver circuit for toy motors, automatic valve motors, electromagnetic door locks, and similar applications. Two logic inputs control motor forward, reverse, and braking. The circuit provides good noise immunity, very low standby current, low output resistance, and integrated diodes to release the reverse surge current from inductive loads.
