01 / 02SD6299B is a DC bidirectional motor driver for toy motors, automatic valve motors, electromagnetic door locks, and similar applications. Two logic inputs control forward, reverse, and braking. It offers good noise immunity, very low standby current, low output resistance, and integrated diodes for inductive-load reverse surge current.
