SD631X

Overview

SD631X is a 70V three-phase full-bridge gate driver integrating high-side and low-side drivers for MOSFETs and IGBTs in 12V, 24V, and 36V three-phase motor applications. It also integrates a 12V LDO control circuit and a 5.0V (3.3V) LDO for MCU supply, simplifying the power system. An integrated comparator supports overcurrent detection. Low-side and high-side UVLO protection prevents power devices from operating at insufficient voltage. Inputs are compatible with 3.3-5.0V logic. Integrated dead time is 200ns, and drive capability is +1.5A/-1.8A. Common-mode noise cancellation enables stable high-side operation under high dv/dt noise and provides wide negative-transient-voltage tolerance. In low-power mode, SD low disables LDO and driver outputs. Available in SSOP24.
