Overview

SD7015 is a high-efficiency, high-voltage buck DC-DC converter with a fixed 150KHz switching frequency and up to 0.4A output current. It offers low ripple and excellent line and load regulation. The integrated fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency-compensation circuit simplify design. The PWM control loop linearly adjusts duty cycle from 0~90%. Output overcurrent protection reduces switching frequency from 150KHz to 45KHz during an output short circuit. Internal compensation reduces external component count. Available in a TO252-5 package.
