SHBT191

Overview

SHBT191 is a single-channel video buffer integrating a 6dB-gain rail-to-rail output driver and a sixth-order output reconstruction filter. Typical -3dB bandwidth is 72MHz and slew rate is 400V/μs. It provides better image quality than passive LC filters with external drivers. The single-supply range is +2.5V to +5.5V, with very low operating current of 14.5mA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. DAC output can be connected directly or through AC coupling. Internal diode clamps and bias circuitry support AC-coupled input. Internal level shifting prevents sync-pulse clipping and permits DC-coupled output. The output drives DC- or AC-coupled single (150Ω) or dual (75Ω) loads.
