Overview
SKA7500C is a voltage-mode pulse-width-modulation controller IC. It integrates a 5V reference, two error amplifiers, trigger circuitry, control output, PWM comparator, dead-time comparator, and oscillator. The operating frequency can be set from 1kHz to 300 kHz. Reference-voltage accuracy is improved to ±1%, providing better output-voltage regulation. Available in DIP16 and SOP16.
