Overview
SULN2803A is a monolithic, high-voltage, high-current Darlington array containing eight independent Darlington drivers. Integrated freewheeling diodes drive inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. Each collector can output 500mA; paralleling devices increases output current. Applications include relay, lighting, LED display, stepper-motor, and logic-buffer driving. Each channel has a 2.7K base resistor and connects directly to TTL/CMOS circuits at 5V. Available in QFN20(4*4).
