Circuit board, SULN2803L
Description
SULN2803L is a high-current Darlington array designed for low-voltage systems. It contains eight independent Darlington devices, each with a freewheeling diode for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. A single device provides 500mA output at input voltage as low as 1.8V; paralleling devices increases output current. Applications include relay, lighting, display, stepper-motor, and logic-buffer driving. …

Overview

SULN2803L is a high-current Darlington array for low-voltage systems. It contains eight independent Darlington devices, each with a freewheeling diode, for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. A single Darlington supports 500mA output at input voltage as low as 1.8V; paralleling devices increases output current. Applications include relay, lighting, display, stepper-motor, and logic-buffer driving. Each channel has a series base resistor and can connect directly to TTL/CMOS circuits below 5V, processing data that would otherwise require a standard logic buffer.

Applications

  • Relay driving
  • Indicator driving
  • Display driving
  • Stepper-motor driving
